Exercise is a must, there can be no doubt about it. But how much do you have to exercise to stay healthy? The exercise guidelines tell you that. And they also instantly indicate that: exercise is good but, more exercise is better! Especially in these days while we are obliged to be much more indoors and can no longer go to the sports club nor can we play with friends without thinking, it is important to observe the exercise guidelines. Even if you are at home, keep on moving!
